• A: One side is key to lock and unlock, inside is the lever to open. The key and the lever have the same function, either will lift the latch.
• Q: How much does the lock stick out on both sides of the panel?
• A: It is about 1/4” for each side. So you should got enough room if you install it for a pocket door to make the door can be routed out after installation.
• Q: Will this work outdoors at house side gate?
